The strcat command returns the concatenation of the strings passed as arguments.

$\mathrm{MapleTA}:-\mathrm{Builtin}:-\mathrm{strcat}\left(''cats''\,''and''\,''dogs''\right)$

$''cats\; and\; dogs''$
