A mapping of a set A onto a set B is one in which distinct elements of A have distinct images in B is called a transformation (or one-to-one mapping) of A onto B.
The following transformations are implemented in the geometry package:
+ translation+ rotation+ reflection+ dilatation (or expansion, or stretch, or homothety)+ GlideReflection+ StretchReflection+ StretchRotation (or homology, or SpiralRotation)+ inversion+ reciprocation
Further information is available under geometry[form] where form is one of the transformations from the above list.
