Variable Thermal Conductor - MapleSim Help

Variable Thermal Conductor

Multiple Variable Thermal Conductor with normalized contact area ratio of each node, input from real vector signals.

Description The Variable Thermal Conductor component is used for connecting two Multi- components. This component can take account of normalized contact area ratio between and input from real vector signal, $\mathrm{Ac}$. The following image illustrates the behavior of the Variable Thermal Conductor component.
Equations ${Q}_{\mathrm{flow}}\left[i\right]=G\left[i\right]\cdot \mathrm{dT}\left[i\right]$ Heat conductance $\mathrm{G__off}$ is used for the heat path without heat flow. (For details, see Thermal Conductor help).
