Flexible Beam Frame

A frame with a fixed displacement relative to the base of a flexible beam

The Flexible Beam Frame connects to the $base$ frame of a flexible beam component to define additional frames on the flexible beam.

$base$	Base of the flexible beam frame. This should be attached to the $base$ frame of a flexible beam.
${frame}_{b}$	Tip of rigid body frame
