The Ideal GTO Thyristor (or Ideal GTOThyristor) component models a gate turn-off thyristor with an off-state conductance, Goff, and an on-state resistance, Ron. The parameter Vknee sets the voltage which commutates the thyristor. If Vknee<v, a true value on the Boolean gate input, fire, causes the device to go to the on-state, while a false value causes the device to go to the off-state. If v≤Vknee, the device is in the off-state.
