Numeric.shortValue - return the value of the Numeric object as a Java short

short shortValue() throws MapleException
Description
The shortValue function returns the value represented in the Numeric as a Java short. If the value does not fit exactly into a Java short, an error is raised.
To determine if the value fits within a Java short, use the isShort function.
