Description
The routine finds the line which goes through the midpoint of points A, B and is perpendicular to the line joining them.
For a detailed description of the line to be created l, use the routine detail (e.g., detail(l))
The command with(geometry,PerpenBisector) allows the use of the abbreviated form of this command.

assume that the names of the horizontal and vertical axes are _x and _y, respectively
